Assistant
Versatile administrative assistant with customer service and analytical
skills to grow with us. This is a new and key position which will develop and evolve rapidly and is involved with all facets
of the company's operations. It is a great opportunity for the candidate with the right skills and personality.
Requirements
• Truly
bilingual English/Spanish (written & spoken) essential (French and Portuguese helpful), excellent verbal and written communication
skills
• Clean driver's license essential (will run occasional errands in company vehicle)
• Non-smoker
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Quickbooks experience preferred
• Pleasant, reliable, organized, professional,
conscientious, excellent people skills, intellectually-curious, self-starter, good with numbers, attentive to detail, flexible,
solution-oriented, energetic
• Construction industry and export experience helpful
• Social media experience

Responsibilities (partial list)
• Help with all aspects
company administration, including sales, customer service, accounting, marketing
• Answer phones, open mail, maintain
customer and vendor files, receive inquiries, provide information, track and order office and warehouse supplies
•
Help coordinate scheduling of estimates and installations
• Request quotes from vendors
• Follow up with
customers, vendors
• Input customer and vendor information, invoices and payments in Quickbooks
• Perform
internet research
• Diverse projects as assigned
